CORK Youth Middle School Summer Practice

Here is the scoop:  CORK Youth XC pre-season training starts August 10th.  We meet Monday and Wed. from 4-5:30pm at River Bend park.  This session is for Middle School kids (or experienced upper elementary runners) that are wanting to start training for Fall Cross Country.  Kids should be able to run 3 miles without stopping coming into this program.  These are fun, low key training runs.  Cost is $10 for the pre-season session (3 – 4 weeks). You can sign up online on the http://centraloregonrunningklub.org website. It is the $10 Youth “Membership” option.

Please help spread the word, and let us know if you have any questions.  We are looking forward to getting started!
