Youth Summer Trail Camp
C.O.R.K Summer Trail Camp
August 20-24th, 2018
8:30am – 4:30pm Cost: $250
Our Summer Trail Running Camp was such a success last year that this year we’ll be doing it again and making it even better with new locations, more games, and more things to learn about the great outdoors.
Instead of our normal cross country pre-season training we’re going to be offering a one week day camp during August specifically working on different aspects of trail running. During the week we’ll be covering a wide range of running topics and filling our time with fun games, swimming in mountain lakes and running some truly great trails.
During the week you can expect a morning run followed by some relaxation time exploring the area we’ve chosen for the day or a seminar on a running related topic, a lunch period, then either an afternoon run, hike or games to fill our time.
Athletes will get dropped off by 8:30 (location TBD) and be back to town by 4:30pm (location TBD).
We are FULL! Sorry
