Bend’s Oldest Foot Race

A runners fall right of passage, the Bigfoot race has been a staple on runners calendars since 1976. A fast “downhill” course from the outskirts of Bend down Century Drive into the heart of the Old Mill, Bigfoot has aided many a runner to a quick 10k PR.

The course in its third year will start at the Cascade Lakes Welcome Center and wind downhill on the bike path and connect to the Deschutes River Trail finishing at Riverbend Park. This half pavement half smooth wide trail is a fun, fast and scenic course with nearly 500 ft of elevation loss

As Bend’s oldest foot race be sure to put this on your race calendar.
