Get ready for some speed! For tonight's TPG workout we are headed to Drake Park for some 1000m repeats. Warm up on your own at 5:30 then meet by the tables (look for the group of runners!) at 5:45 for instructions.
Long workout: 6 x 1000m with 2 min rest
Short workout: 3 x 1000m with 2 min rest
Pace is a hard 10k race effort!! See you tonight at Drake park!
