TPG is headed to the COCC Track on Tuesday at 5:30 for the workout.
Warm up on your own at 5:30pm and then meet for instructions at 5:45.
Long: 3 X (400, 400, 800 w/ 1-2min rest), 4min rest, 1600
Short: 2 X (400, 400, 800 w/ 1-2min rest)
Pace is a hard effort. 10k race effort.
TPG is an interval based workout group that is low key and includes/welcomes all ability levels. The focus is getting the most out of your running whether it is more speed, more fitness, or achieving more in less time. Workout distances can vary based on what is comfortable and effort level is up to you!!
