We've got mile repeats for the TPG workout!
Meet at Drake Park on Tuesday at 5:30 for a workout. Only a few more weeks of light left so come on out before we head over to Farewell Bend for the winter.
Warm up on your own at 5:30pm and then meet for instructions at 5:45.
Long: 4 X mile w/ 2min rest
Short: 2 X mile w/ 2min rest
Pace is a hard, 10k race effort.
