Hey Everybody, lets do a 1000s workout this week. This week we’ll meet at Farewell Bend Park at 5:30 for our workout.
As always, warm up on your own at 5:30pm and then meet for instructions at 5:45.
Long: 6 x 1000m w/ 2min rest
Short: 3 X 1000m w/ 2min rest
Workout hard effort 10k race pace.
