Whoo Hoo! We have light! Let’s head for the hills and do Pilot Butte repeats this week. Our first hill workout in months. We’ll meet at Pilot Butte Park by the bathrooms at 5:30.
As always, warm up on your own at 5:30pm and then meet for instructions at 5:45.
Long: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 6min reps
Short: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1min reps
Pace is hard effort. 10k type effort but uphill so start conservative on the first one.
