This week is going to be nice so Footzone's TPG is headed to Drake Park for some 800m Repeats! As always, warm up on your own at 5:30pm and then meet for instructions at 5:45.
Long: 8X 800m w/ 2min rest
Short: 4 X 800m w/ 2min rest
Pace is hard effort. 10k type effort.
